Delivery & Return Guidelines

SBgrowerDirect products are available exclusively through our delivery service. Your medicine will discreetly be delivered by a professional of SBgrowerDirect. Upon each delivery a California ID is required. For first time collective members a valid physicians recommendation will be required and verified.

Deliveries are available 9am-10pm and are generally made within 2-4 hours of order reception. Should there be any reason for delay a staff member will contact you.

Returns:

SBgrowerDirect garauntees the quality of your products. However, being a natural product some variance is to be expected from different product batches. Should you be unsatisfied with any product received SBgrowerDirect will offer a merchandise exchange for other medicine. Should this occur please contact us for exchange details.
